I’m a CRE/AEC marketer and barely have time for PR. How could you help us?

This is where Bramble shines. Having worked on all sides of the equation: in-house PR and marketing, reporter and now agency, we know how to seamlessly integrate with in-house marketing teams and we understand first hand your daily challenges.

If leadership is asking more of your marketing team in the PR arena and you are stretched thin with proposals and deadlines, we can help lighten the load by strategically amplifying your brand externally. We find that most of our success stories begin in this way, with an in-house marketer or PR person who needs the extra support of an agency like Bramble that understands the industry and can hit the ground running.

We want to tell our project stories but we are worried about client confidentiality. How do you work around that?

From the AEC side of things, we understand the projects do not belong to the architect or designer - they belong to the client. So we work very closely with the project teams for each project and ask for introductions as soon as possible so that we can begin those client conversations in advance of any milestone events or announcements. Often, the client wants to lead the messaging on these announcements (totally ok!!) and we work well in that environment as well and work on the backend to try to get your firm’s name associated with the project through other means after the announcement.

When is the best time to talk PR with the project teams?

This is the age old question and the answer typically is: as soon as possible! As soon as the ink dries, it’s ok to begin initial conversations about PR for a project (especially if it’s a notable one). These conversations can occur while the project is still in schematic design or confidential. We routinely work with highly confidential projects and you can rest assure we are well-versed in keeping things close to the vest until it’s time to make a splash.


We have so many stories but not sure which ones to focus on first. How do you know where to focus?

Our preferred way to begin our working relationship is to begin with a kick-off meeting with the marketing team to get to know them and integrate with the team’s culture and how the work. Our next is then to have a PR Strategy Session with leaders at the firm to understand what are the big goals and projects that they want to promote this year. In this meeting, we also ask them to explain their business objectives and what areas they want more exposure - knowing this allows us to develop a strategy that is custom to your firm and will give us areas of focus based on timeliness and importance.


We want our Firm leaders to be more out there but they need coaching - can you help?

Absolutely! We’ve worked with hundreds of architects and designers at every level - from C-suite to intern and one of our best value-adds as an agency is our custom one-on-one coaching we offer the people your firm would like to elevate. We begin by identifying which people you would like representing the firm as a spokesperson externally and then we meet them at their level of comfortability. For example: If an individual likes speaking engagements but needs polishing, we help them feel more comfortable by helping them develop their slide deck and presentation and practicing together until they feel prepared. If a next-gen designer wants to speak about their project but needs gentle encouragement, we coach them on how to do a media interview with confidence.
